I have quite a list for you this week. And a lot of these animal-friendly recipes would be just perfect for a gloomy, rainy day like what we're having today in St. Louis (damn you, no-time-to-cook schedule! damn you!). But regardless of whether your weather is gloomy too, these are all good anytime recipes as well. So get cooking.
